This site allows your student to quiz themselves on concepts that we have already covered, and will be covering during the year. IXL will track your student's score and the questions will increase in difficulty as your student improves. IXL also gives your student detailed descriptions of common mistakes in problem solving.
Khan Academy
This site has a wealth of information including videos, worksheets, notes and interactive practice problems. You can earn points and track your progress all year for free!
Math Aids
This website allows you to create websites dynamically based on topic, level of difficulty and number of questions. Their worksheets can be printed or saved for later. The best part? Each one comes with a custom answer key.
Virtual Nerd
This site contains a library of over 1,500 video lessons covering Middle Grades Math through Algebra 2. The main appeal of this resource is that they explain the material on such a basic level it is not intimidating to struggling students (or parents!)

EOG Information


What will they ask us?

There are 5 domains that the curriculum for 7th grade math covers. They are tested in the following percentages on the EOG. There are a mix of multiple choice, gridded response, calculator active and inactive questions.

  • Ratios and Proportional Relationships 22%-27%
  • The Number System 7%-12%
  • Expressions and Equations 22%-27%
  • Geometry 22%-27%
  • ​Statistics and Probability 12%-17%

How will we be graded?

The EOG is made up of 60 questions. 50 of those questions are graded, and your level is given based on the approximate percentages correct, below.

Lowest 2: 32%-34%
Lowest 3: 50%
Lowest 4: 56%
Lowest 5: 80%
